How it works

You order from us, and your furniture is sent straight from the maker in China or from the supplier’s warehouse in the EU. We have no showroom and no warehouse of our own, so their cost isn’t built into the price.

The trade-off is a longer wait than on the high street. That’s why every product shows its delivery time and where it ships from, before you pay a penny.

21–32days

Straight from the factory in China

Most pieces travel from the maker, largely in Guangdong province. They go by sea, clear customs and reach you by courier.

4–7days

From the supplier’s EU warehouse

Some furniture and lamps are already waiting in Europe. You’ll spot them by the green delivery time.

14days

To change your mind

The EU right of withdrawal gives you 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed, as with any order made at a distance.
